Amy Fox is an acoustic singer-songwriter from the New Forest. With a soulful voice that ‘sounds like she’s lived’, music has always been a big part of Amy’s life (she wrote her first song at 17) but it wasn’t until her late twenties that she picked up a guitar and realised she could really sing. A latecomer to performing, Amy uses her life experience to tell relatable stories through powerful vocals and candid lyrics, creating real and emotional songs that hit home. Influenced largely by Americana, Folk and Soul artists of the 60s and 70s, her sound has been likened to Stevie Nicks, Emmy-Lou Harris and Dido. Her debut EP ‘It’s Nothing That You’re Doing’ was released in April and tells the chronological story of her ongoing journey from trauma and loss to healing and self-love. Mesmerised described it as “Evocative… a powerfully honest EP” while RagMag called it “soulful with vast cinematic undertones” and added “the record makes you want to go see it performed live”.

Amy has had two number 1 singles in the South Coast Music Chart and also achieved 3rd place in the Best Classic Rock & Blues Act category at the 2025 annual Radio Wigwam Awards.
